Fee Refund Policy

The institution follows the fee refund policy as prescribed by the UGC and Maa Pateshwari University, Balrampur. The refund is applicable in the following cases:

• Within 15 days of admission: Full refund of tuition fees (deducting processing charges)
• Between 15-30 days: 80% refund of tuition fees
• Between 30-60 days: 50% refund of tuition fees
• After 60 days: No refund applicable

Important Notes

• Admission fee and registration fee are non-refundable
• Refund requests must be submitted in writing to the college office
• Processing time for refund is 30 working days
• Original fee receipt must be submitted along with the refund application
